Results: The results revealed both positive and negative aspects within the team. The need to work with the team as a whole proves to be the most significant element, together with the strong influence of the new coach, who is recommended to promote the feeling of belonging within in the team to maximize its effectiveness. On the other hand, the thesis positively points out the adequate distribution of social roles within the team, which does not call for any change.
